REFUND POLICY

Welcome to KITILY!

KITILY (previously known as FestieBestie) is owned and operated by FestieBestie LLC.

By using and registering on the website, you are accepting the practices described in this refund policy. Your use of the website and purchase of the products are also subject to our terms and conditions.

KEEPING ITEMS FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS - Any customer keeping items for multiple months without returning them are preventing KITILY from providing those items to other customers and are using the service on a monthly basis. You will not be refunded for keeping the items for several months since you are using the service.

PURCHASING RENTED ITEMS - You understand that all products are sold as is and that all products, with the exception of "Purchase Only" items, have been worn by other members. Products may be returned for a refund with the next consecutive order following the purchase. Items that are returned for a refund will be refunded less an $19.95 extended rental fee. If KITILY does not receive the purchased item back with the next consecutive order following the purchase, the item is considered non refundable and the return will not be accepted. KITILY reserves the right to refuse refunds for returns if KITILY determines that the return policy is being misused. Return eligibility is up to KITILY's discretion and can be refused at any time.

PURCHASE ONLY ITEMS - Purchase Only products may be returned for a refund with the next consecutive order following the purchase and within 30 days. If the item is not returned with the next consecutive order and within 30 days, the buyer will accept responsibility for all shipping costs and KITILY will deduct a shipping label fee from the refund. Refunds will not be issued if products are damaged, worn, in less than excellent condition, tags removed (if any), or returned greater than 30 days. It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. Returns are not accepted for anything labeled "FINAL SALE" in the description of the product. 

CANCELATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP - You may cancel your KITILY membership at any time by clicking on the Cancel Membership section in the Manage Membership menu. From there, select the reason for cancelling and click “Cancel Membership”. To pause your membership, click on the "Pause Membership" button at the top of the page. All KITILY Products in your possession must be returned before your next billing date for the pause/cancel to take effect. If your items are not returned, you will automatically be billed for another month and are not entitled to a refund. Additionally, all pausing must be done before your billing date. Pauses cannot be honored for previous billing dates and refunds cannot be issued for previous billing cycles.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS; MISSING ITEMS - If any missing items are located, you have 30 days from the date that you were charged for the item to return it for a full refund.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS; DAMAGED PRODUCTS - Any items considered damaged beyond repair will be invoiced to the customer at any given time, including members that have paused their accounts. Charges for damaged items are non-refundable.
