Where and how do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States at this time. All KITILY orders are shipped via USPS on business days (M-F). Orders take 1-2 days to process, and 2-8 days for shipping. If you need your outfit for a specific festival, please reach out to us before making your order.
How do I make my return?
Place all your items in the included return package with the affixed paid shipping label and drop off at your nearest USPS.
What if I need multiple outfits?
Contact us and let us know which items you are interested in. Each additional item is $7.99 and we ship all rentals together. We cannot guarantee items are in stock and cannot ship additional items separately. KITILY fulfills orders in the order they were received.
When do I need to return my items?
You can keep your items as long as you like! Once your items are returned to our facility, you will be notified when you can rent again.
What if I want to keep an item I rented?
Yaaas! We love this. We always hope our pieces end up in a loving home. Simply keep an item you wish to purchase and we’ll send you an invoice for 30% off the retail price.
Do I need to launder my clothes?
Not at all! We take care of the laundering and dry cleaning as part of your membership. We work with a professional team to properly repair and clean our clothes.
How are the items cleaned?
Our items are always professionally cleaned and will arrive to you like new. Our local dry cleaner uses environmentally safe solvents and when able, items are "wet cleaned". "Wet cleaning" uses less water and is the most environmentally-friendly way to clean the garments.
Items are double inspected prior to getting to you and should arrive in the best condition.
What if I accidentally damage an item?
Minor wear and tear is included in your membership. If an item is damaged beyond repair, you may get an invoice for the retail cost of the item(s). We recommend sitting on blankets/pashminas at the festival and avoid leaning on trees to avoid clothing getting snagged. Please care for your rented items like they are yours.
What if I don’t see something I like?
If you would like to make a suggestion for upcoming rental items, please submit your suggestions here. We will always warmly accept feedback. Please follow us at @KITILYrave on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter for updates on new pieces added to the collection.
If you don’t see anything you love at the moment, feel free to pause your membership and we will update you once new items arrive!
Can I make a donation of ravewear I own?
We are not taking donations at this time. Please check back for updates!
How do I start earning and redeeming rewards?
Click the "Rewards" button at the bottom right of the screen. Select "Earn Points" to see the ways to earn rewards. Earn rewards by referring friends to a membership, leaving photo reviews, and so much more! Select "Get Rewards" to redeem you discounts or free products. Discounts can be used on recurring membership payments. To do this, use the chat box and input your discount code, we will then fulfill the discount on our end. Only one discount per monthly payment can be used.
