Why are you closing?

After trial and error, we found that ravewear was not ideal to rent. Because ravewear is made of delicate material and put into the elements for long days and nights, we found it difficult to restore most of our garments to a rentable condition making them one-time use. We've had a huge loss in inventory due to this. Because our main goal is to keep clothes in rotation, this led us to the difficult decision to close our shop. 

We are so very grateful for every single one of you that has supported us in the past year. Please stay sustainable and shop small. 

Where and how do you ship?

We currently only ship to the United States at this time. All KITILY orders are shipped via USPS on business days (M-F). Orders take 1-2 days to process, and 2-8 days for shipping. If you need your outfit for a specific festival, please reach out to us before making your order.

How do I make a return?

Item descriptions will include whether an item is new, used or defective/flawed. Items listed as used or damaged are final sale. Any new product may be returned within 14 days unused and tags intact. Please contact contact@kitily.net if you would like to process a return. Refunds process within 3-5 days of shipment. Customer will be responsible for shipping label and packaging.
